I highly recommend Drain Air Rescue for your plumbing needs. They were on time, friendly, helpful, honest, and explained everything they did so that I never worried about what I was getting into. The plumber they sent me was Jim Palmer. He was very nice and even showed me what the camera could see in my pipes. He was also really patient when I wanted to watch everything he did. I will ask for him everytime I call from now on. : ) The company's prices were reasonable, and they were very straightforward about how much each thing would cost and asked me first so that I could make a decision about whether or not I wanted to do it and didn't receive a surprise bill at the end. I paid exactly what I agreed to up front. I was so relieved.
