Review content:
I would never recommend this company. Their contract states that no verbal promises will be upheld and that the homeowner agrees to binding arbitration. This should be a warning sign to all who are considering this company. We held back 5% of the cost until start up and the company refused to plaster our pool until we paid this! It has been an ongoing nightmare working with this company. They use the cheapest subcontractors and have no one supervising any of the work. The only time you see a supervisor is to collect payment. The supervisor told me he has 25 pools at a time to supervise. Do not expect a good job from this company. They seem very unethical.
