If I could have selected 0 stars, I would have... I called and talked to a lady about an installation and she was extremely rude. She informed me that they charge $99/lb for R-22 freon - I had confirmed w/ a local a/c wholesaler (sells units to installation companies) that R-22 is $250 for a 30lb drum. I understand you have to make a little money but really? And then she wanted to argue that they weren't making any money on markup. She had a horrible attitude and poor phone manners - if she's any indication of the rest of the company, I wouldn't reccomend anyone hiring these guys!
