Chris always offers options to me since I am on a budget... the short term option and the next steps to keep my car from deteriorating. I have an 18 year old car, I don't make much money, and I have two teenage sons. Chris will offer used parts to save money when possible, and he treats people fairly. I have been doing business with him for 5 years now, and have never had anything fall apart after his staff repairs my car. THANKS, Chris & PCM guys! You are the best. Janet B.
