PCM: Honest people, educate customers, offer options 5/23/2012

Chris always offers options to me since I am on a budget... the short term option and the next steps to keep my car from deteriorating. I have an 18 year old car, I don't make much money, and I have two teenage sons. Chris will offer used parts to save money when possible, and he treats people fairly. I have been doing business with him for 5 years now, and have never had anything fall apart after his staff repairs my car. THANKS, Chris & PCM guys! You are the best. Janet B. more

Don't bother with this place. 12/7/2011

* * They only deal in cash. * * They took 2 weeks to fix my car that they quoted 3 days. They rarely answered the phone (answered 2 times out of 12). They didn't call to let me know my car would take longer. They don't care about customer service. They marked up the parts 150 to 200%. All that and my car still isn't fixed. I have to take it to another shop. more

PCM will fix it right for the right price 9/18/2011

Chris is a professional. Our teenager's car was about to stall on him and with limited budget to work with going to the dealership was not an option. Chris fixed it up for us within 24 hours for a very reasonable price. He is not only honest but he really seemes to care about his customers. Good experience! more

CHRIS KEPT MY CAR FOR 4 MONTHS,SENT MY PART TO CHINA TO BE REBUILT...QUOTED ME A LOWER PRICE THAN WHAT HE BILLED ME FOR. LOANED ME A CAR THAT BROKE DOWN ON ME TWICE. more

crazy to go anywhere else 3/23/2009

this staff is HONEST and economical! I will never go anywhere else! They did a beautiful job on my body work. I was told by others i had a prob with my transmission but PCM changed my spark plugs and good as new! more

Auto repair 12/12/2008

Just don't expect to get your car back right away. They are good not the best but good Mechanics. Most importantly they are honest and thats a quality thats hard to find these days, especially in the automotive industry. more

Another Good Mechanic 8/21/2005

PCM Auto is an all purpose auto repair shop. The employees know their stuff and they're led by good management. PCM Auto has been doing business in the same location for a long time and the customers will tell you that the service and workmanship is top notch. Body work, glass, meintenance and repair are all part of their services offered. more
