I recently got a job a Houston Garden Center in Atascocita. I wish I had read the reviews first. The working conditions were horrible. The managers speak very little English, if any at all. How are you suppose to learn your job if you can't understand who is teaching it. Then they stand around starring at you laughing & speaking Spanish all the time. They work you from 7:30in the morning to 7:30 at night with only a 30 minute lunch. On the weekends yo u half to park 1/4 of a mile away & walk down fm1960(a very busy road with no sidewalks)because they won't let employees park in parking lot. Then where the registers are, there are holes in the asphalt. So if your not very careful you'll sprain your ankle! So when the cashier looks miserable, you know why. It's not just the customers that are mistreated.
