I was there to have cavities filled and waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to finally be seen. No one apologized for making me wait so long. Then after the hygienist came to put the swabs with the numbing gel in my mouth, she didn't tell me when to take them out or what to do; she just left for 15 minutes. When the dentist finally came in, he said "You still have those in your mouth?" On the positive side, I didn't need a shot and it took less than 10 minutes to fill 2 cavities. If I had been seen right away, I would have been out in less than 30 minutes. Also the hot towel for my face and the sample of chap-stick for my lips was nice.
