Businiess name:  Robert Andrew - The Salon & Spa

Review content:
I requested an appointment to redeem my gift of a Robert Andrew Holiday Indulgence package. I was told that I would be contacted by the salon coordinator to confirm my appointment within 3 days. It has been 5 days and I have not heard anything. Clearly, Robert Andrew Salon and Spa is more interested in collecting the large sums of money that it cost to purchase such a package rather than providing the promised services. I will tell my husband not to purchase a package for services in the future. Also while I was waiting to pay for my service, the lady next to me just had a package service that was to include lunch, however she was never told her package included lunch. By that time the client was dress and told the cashier to forget it. The client was clearly and rightfully upset. Seems like there is clearly a lack of communication in the salon services division.
