Review content:
Good: I have felt this was my church home.I have been battling health issues fr the past few months and have not attended masses regularly due to parking issues. Very few handicap parking places available. Other wise I have been very please and proud to be a member. Bad: I attended service at 5:00 PM today. I rode trough the parking lot several times to find a close space I found a Pastor only space available half way down the parking lot. So I parked there and placed handicap placard on mirror. I came out as soon as I received Ashes to move my car. I knew I should not be in the pastors place, even though there were 4-5 vacant Reserved for Pastors spaces empty when I parked. I was attacked by a rude deacon for parking in his space. I apologized, but he was rude still.VERY!. Improvements: Not sure after being a member there for several years, if I am going back. There a culture of placing the parking places fr deacons over handicap church members. Then as a bonus, you get a very rude dressing down by the decon for parking in "his space" when I informed him I was handicapped, he stated "I don't care! This space is for pastoral staff only. Maybe you need to provide more handicapped spaces and less Pastorial reserved spaces. I guess I know just where I stand.. Other: Best get his kudo in this world, I am quite sure Heaven can wait for members like him, he will probably be the one breaking in linear he pearly gates. I cried all the way home after my I counter with this rude man. I can't believe he represents SEAS Staff, and I haven't been treated so badly by anyone like that in a long time, but never ever at my own church, or shall I say my old church. Not sure I'll be back to SEAS! this breaks my heart, after many months of not attending church, I felt called home. NOT.
