Got rid of my raccoon problem quickly, redid insulation well. Raccoons came back. thay came to chase it out, removed attic vent to check. Was told on a thursday they would be back on monday to recheck. Never came back, never replaced vent, will not return my calls. attempting to get ahold of them to fix this for last month. Don't count on them to follow through with guarentee they make. Look them up on the BBB website, I'm not alone.
