I come in to get another pair of glasses for my daughter. ( she lost the previous) I ask the lady I dont have a copy of her rx. Shes sats we dont keep copys. And had the nerve, to tell me uneed to hold on to it like its ur lone star card. Then to pick up the glasses the next day I get there 15 min to 4 pn. She saud it ready by 4. She tells me come back at 4 30. Cuz she is going to lunch. Service sux!!!!
