I come in to get another pair of glasses for my daughter. ( she lost the previous) I ask the lady I dont have a copy of her rx. Shes sats we dont keep copys. And had the nerve, to tell me uneed to hold on to it like its ur lone star card. Then to pick up the glasses the next day I get there 15 min to 4 pn. She saud it ready by 4. She tells me come back at 4 30. Cuz she is going to lunch. Service sux!!!! more

Worst customer Service 6/18/2010

I returned to the store where I purchased my son's eyeglasses to have a screw replaced. The owner "retired US Air Force member" of the company was there. At first, I asked him if the glasses could be repaired and he replied yes. I then asked him how much it would cost and he went ballistic and started cursing me very badly. I will NEVER suggest that anyone use this company no matter how cost effective they are!!!!!! more

Inexpensive eye glasses 12/22/2005

My Econo’s store is a very good place for inexpensive glasses. My thirty-nine dollar glasses have lasted for four years! They also sell other glasses that can get expensive. Overall, they are a great place to go for spare eye glasses. Their customer service is good. I didn’t have to wait long to receive my eye glasses more

The Price is in the Name 8/5/2005

This is a good place for cheap glasses. Of course you won’t find any designer frames here, but they are good for an extra pair for sports or for dangerous encounters (roller coasters!). The quality of the glasses are pretty good for being so cheap. You can’t go wrong with this place if you need another pair of glasses for backup. more

Glasses 8/4/2005

If you are looking for reasonably priced glasses then look no further. My Econo thirty nine ninety five has it for you. They have a wide variety of glasses. A lot of the glasses tend to be average but for the price they are a steal. These are good for people that use their glasses as a backup to their contacts. more
