Review content:
I thought i would never go to the ER again. Not so lucky :(
#1 To my surprise they have redone the whole ER!.More distractions when in pain :) Good job on the cleaning crew also.
#2 The GOLD CARD system is also making improvements. We are also paying customers!I
#3 Didn't stay in the ER long, thank goodness (in the hallway the whole time). From what i can tell the staff is more polite.
#4 Would like 2 give 5 stars but I can clearly see they need more doctors! The whole point for me is to get well.I can't do that without knowing why I keep getting sick.(maybe they need more specialty staff).
#5 It is very important all staff needs to always remember is ***don't blame the patient.!!*** Discharge instructions should be something more than what the patient had when admitted. Even if it is ideas for the PCP?
