Over the years trainning at Rob Cary I have had many different trainner. Gary, LaDonna , Sherly and Tammi, and Carol, there was one time that Gary said that he would never go to cookie trainner and now what is he a cookie trainner. I have work woth many other trainer from San Antonio to Austin and It the new thing but gary does not train he is just Like to hear him self talk. And just found out that he is Trainning Director the Guy never has train any one not even his own dog. Carol you need to look at the people that help you get to where you are now those thiry year was not by your self. And there are none of them left in your company, Tami manager is manager she can not tell other people what to do she does it her self You need to get back in to the bussiness and see what the day to day operation is and work wioth the people and get some of your old people back .
