Review content:
Before we moved in HomePointe was really helpful and did everything we asked to the house before we actually moved in. Sidney is our broker and he is really nice. Since the receptionist is incompetent and their voicemail system is even worse, he gave us his personal cell phone number. If it wasn't for Sidney, I'd probably be really bummed out. We had a plumbing emergency and they had their guy here in less than an hour. They were also really flexible with us since the landlord wanted to rent to us even though our credit wasn't perfect. I've rented from some really bad places before, and I wouldn't say these guys are all that bad. But we also have a fantastic owner that we are in contact with so that probably helps a lot.
Pros: Sidney is awesome
Cons: the rest of the office is not on the ball
