Review content:
I started going to Phoenix School of Massage earlier this year when I started an intense Boot Camp exercise program 5-6 days a week. We work out an hour a day starting at 5 am, with only two 30 second breaks, so we get very sore. I found them through Groupon with an introductory offer for a 90 minute massage for $40. There was some initial confusion as the therapist who was supposed to work with me had car problems. However, the owner, William set me up with a different therapist and I enjoyed a great hot stone massage. I like to work with the same therapist, as after a couple of massages, they get to know your sore spots, what kind of pressure you like, and I don't like to spend my hour in conversation, rather I prefer to relax in peace. I have now worked with three different therapists at Phoenix, as they graduate and move on to their professional careers, but I can vouch that the techniques taught at Phoenix are first-class. Having dated a licensed massage therapist in the past and from someone who has had more than 100 massages, these folks will make you feel great and leave you invigorated without making a hole in your wallet. They offer good discounts on multiple massages, so I have a standing weekly appointment with my therapist. I would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone who is looking for quality massage and wants to spend about half of going to an LMT. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
