We have been in our home for over 11 years and we truly look forward to the every 6 month walk through program which is the envy of our friends who rent. We love the house and want to continue to meet your expectations by maintaining our home to the best of our ability and knowing that needed repairs will be done help keep our worries to a minimum. The addition of the on line rental payment option has made things so much easier as well. We appreciate your very friendly staff and have referred many friends to Kerr Properties as THE place to find what they are looking for.
