Good: Atmosphere and interior design.. Bad: Service and Attitude.. Improvements: New Staff. Don't advertise with Groupon or Loclly if you are going to treat your patrons differently.. Other: I purchased an hour long full body massage through Loclly.com for myself and my three bridesmaids. I purchased all 4 massages in April. I booked us for July 16. Over 3 months in advanced so all 4 of us would be able to go back at the same time. We all live about an hour away from the salon. Our appointment was for 1pm. THE MORNING OF OUR APPOINTMENT, They called and told me I would have to reschedule. That one of their masseuse was in the hospital and one had called out. I understand that things happen. But.
