I have seen Melissa, the owner of Salon Ciao Bella, several times since moving to the Austin area recently. No only does she accomodate early morning appointments which don't interfere with my work schedule, she is always personable and friendly. Most recently, she colored my hair from a very light blonde to a dark brunette, a transition I was very scared about. When I saw the final product, I was scared because it was darker than I had ever imagined. I ended up making an appointment before I left to come back the next week to go back blonde. Even when I made that request, Melissa said that was fine but I needed to give it a chance. That day, I got more compliments in a few hours than I ever have. Needless to say, I am keeping it brunette. Not only is Melissa a great stylist, I would consider her a friend.
Pros: Everything - and the salon is decorated beautifully!
