I would NOT recommend taking your pet here AT ALL. To start off, I was told that the "wellness" plan would completely cover my female lab to be spayed. They forgot to mention that the $299 pkg also has a $99 membership fee. I went ahead and paid that day and with my male lab I ended up paying over $500. Fine.. but when I brought my femal to get fixed, they waited until she was in their care to print out my total for that day. REALLY!? I understand paying for pain meds for home, but I paid $70!!!!! For things that were already supposed to be included. Then when I picked her up and paid the $70 they printed out a paper that had everything they did on it and the estimate that I would have paid had I not had the "wellness" pkg. It said I would have paid $1264... WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY THAT!!!!!!!!
When picking out flea medication, of course since they only think about the money, they want you to buy from ONLY them. My dogs weight 41lbs and 47lbs at 4.5 months old. I was ASSURED they would NOT gain 10lbs in 1 month and so to buy the box of 4 for 55lbs and under dogs. When I brought my female in to be spayed, she weighed 48lbs!!! I have 2 pure breds so it's probably my fault for listening to a vet! WAIT...AREN'T THEY LISCENSED AND SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH QUALITY AND ACCURATE CARE?! My male weighs 54lbs and now I have 2 unopened flea meds for 55lbs dogs that they WON'T take back/exchange. I'm supposed to give my dogs flea meds for 55lb dogs in 2 weeks when they are already that big?!
They also tried to tell me I HAVE to bring my male in because he might have hookworms. They told me you can only get that medicine from them. LIES... you can use the dewormer you use when they are puppies. Same thing. Also, It took me 30min to drop my female off to get fixed... there was ONE other person in front of me and no one behind me. I have also never seen the same vet twice... nor have any of them told me their names! Unprofessional and only out for your MONEY!
Pros: they are actually very nice to your animals
Cons: cost, efficiency, don't look out for YOU, feed you BS
