Businiess name:  Chelsea Hair Cuts

Review content:
I had never been to Chelsea before a few months ago even though I go to the shopping center where they are located pretty often. I was getting pretty shaggy and needed a short summer cut in order to get ready for the heat so I figured I would try them out. If I am going to get my hair cut at a place I have never been, I prefer it to be when I am getting it cut pretty short because I feel like that is harder to mess up. When I went in, they were very professional and asked me lots of questions about what sort of hair cut I wanted, how long, how I wanted it cut in the back, scissor or clippers, etc. etc. Then they sat me down and faced me towards one of their little flat screen tvs that was tuned to sports and asked if I liked the tv station or preferred something else. I was definitely good with sports. After the haircut was done, they washed my hair and massaged my scalp. It was all pretty impressive customer service for the $11 or $12 the hair cut cost. I was also able to walk in and not have to make an appointment although they did give me their business card and said they take appointments. Also, the lady who cut my hair said that she is there 10am to 7pm Tues to Saturday and noon to 5 on Sunday and off on Mondays. I wasn't 100% if those were the salon hour or her individual hours, but either way, that covers pretty much any time I would go. I am definitely happy and excited to have found another good hair salon option and it may even be my new go to barber.
