I know there are complaints about the waits, but it's no different from any of the other practices I've gone to. I am currently going there for my ob care, and I have been very pleased by the personalized attention of the docs there. I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and I was immediately seen and given all the time I wanted for my questions to be answered. The front staff is friendly, and it's a nice little touch to have the extensive coffee/tea selection in the waiting room. Overall, I have no significant complaints. Highly recommended.
