We WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AND CARE WE GOT FROM MAJIC TOUCH. WHERE DO I START? FIRST WE WERE ABLE TO GET SERVICE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL. THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WERE SO POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THE SERVICE MAN WAS POLITE AND FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY. HERES THE PART THAT WAS SO IMPRESSIVE. THE SERVICE MAN INFORMED US THAT THE PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. WE HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS THE CASE. WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY REPAIR THE SAME PART A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO AND THEY NEVER MADE US AWARE WE WERE STILL COVERED BY A WARRANTY. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL TRAIN TO VERIFY THAT THE PART WAS INDEED COVERED. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN AND REPAIR THE REASON THE PART HAD ONLY LASTED A YEAR THAT THE LAST COMPANY REPLACED. WHAT A REFRESHING FEELING TO FINALLY FIND A GREAT AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE. MAGIC TOUCH ROCKS!!! C.L AND P.L
