Review content:
After reading the reviews of Glow I decided to make an appointment. I called and spoke with Nikki and she was very helpful and friendly and scheduled me to come in. I had asked for their best colorist and was given the recommendation of Jon David. Once I arrived and got checked in I was offered a drink and shown the waiting area which is very nice. Jon David came and walked me back to his station and we began getting to know one another. He took his time gaining information on what I wanted and past experiences. By the time we were ready to begin my service I was totally comfortable with him and excited. During the coloring process I became aware that he was actually an educator for the Color company and traveled extensively teaching other's how to use the product corretly and demonstrating different application techniques, so at this point I was very sure my color would turn out beautiful. After the color and cut he took his time explaining the products he was using and how he was blow-drying so that i could replicate at home. I can not stess enough how happy I am with the results. My hair has never looked this good and that same day a women stopped me at the mall asking about my hair and where I got it done. I would highly recommend this salon and their staff.
Pros: Jon David, Nikki and beautiful salon
Cons: can get a little noisey when every one is working in salon.
