Had symptoms of a m/c before my first appt so I came in for an "emergency" appt. The front desk was so rude. Dr was extreamly cold (Dr Maydew) Gave me no information about what to expect, what to do. Didnt do an ultra sound. I had the m/c the next day. Went back for the followup a few days later and saw a different dr. This appt was not nessesary, no procedure done just a "consultation". Dr made sure to bill my insurance for "extended time". Very long wait. Staff still rude, way too busy. They are not very caring or attentive, they just want to get you in and get you out and do a lot of unnessary labwork. If you have any kind of questions, concerns about your pregnancy- not their problem or concern. Do you really want to go to a place like this when you are expecting? I switched this time around and love the place im at now.
