My husband and I were looking on Fred Hass Toyota's website one evening and came across a few vehicles that we liked and had questions regarding a few used Toyota Highlanders. We called and talked to Mr. Shah that everning. Although it was about 8:20 p.m. Mr.Shah told us to come on over and look at vehicles in question. We arrived twenty minutes later and Mr. Shah took us over to look at the Highlanders. Although it was late he encouraged us to drive one of them. We did and we really liked the vehicle. Upon returning to the lot, we realized how late it was and asked Mr. Shah if we could come back int eh morning. We set up an appointment with him for the following morning. Mr. Shah had the vehicle we drove the evening before and the other Higlander already out and waiting to be test driven. I took both for a drive and really liked the vehicles. He sat down with me and talked about what i wanted in a vehicle and we compared the two vehicles that i drove. That day, my husband and i decided to purchase the 2008 Toyota Highlander. Our experience with Mr. Shah was a very pleasant one. He was very helpful, courteous and answered any questions that we had. We had no doubt that we were making the right decision to purchase a used vehicle from Fred Haas. We had looked around at the other dealerships but didn't get that welcoming feeling that we did at Fred Haas and that was due to Mr. Shah. He was very professional and honest with us. Thank
