I walked-in to the (Satori) now POSH salon during their Happy Hour special. I received my haircut, which was ok - she barely cut anything off and refused to cut layers that I asked for stating that "when I come back in 6 weeks, she'll cut them." When I went to pay, the man at the counter told me that he WOULD NOT honor the advertisement (in the window) because I hadn't asked specificially for the special prior to the haircut. New management is NOT helpful, does not cater to the client and is MONEY HUNGRY.
