Good: I like the color and feel of the Armstrong linoleum that I purchased. The installer was very nice.. Bad: When the installer arrived he was by himself. I wasn't happy about that. My husband had to help pull both toilets. And the installer said that he would not be using the glue on the floor and there were a few other things he would not be doing. We called and was refunded the money for items not used. He and another man had to come back and re install correct trim. After 6 months the linoleum started getting wrinkles. The installer returned and injected glue in the one area and left the glue for us to use.. Improvements: We have been patch glueing the kitchen. I would never allow linoleum put in again without being totally glued. I also would not ask a homeowner to sign anything saying they are happy with the install on the same day it is installed. I would leave the form with a self stamped envelope and ask that they mail it in about a month later. Then I would check on them in about 6 months via phone or letter to make sure the product was still holding up good for them. I will never use Rite Rug again.. Other: My husband and I felt like we had to sign the paper at the time of the reworking of the trim. I will never do that again. I will hold the paper and mail it in later after the product installed has had a proper breaking in period..
