Last February, you performed Lasik surgery on my eyes. This letter is to express my pleasure with your work and to encourage others to have you perform the procedure on their eyes. I wore hard contact lenses for 32 years, since I was an early teenager. I was thrilled as a teenager to get contact lenses and no longer have to wear glasses every day. But that was a minor thrill to the elation I now feel with no longer having to wear either. I have wonderful vision with NO glasses or contacts. My sister had Lasik performed by another doctor and has halo vision at night. I have no such effect. I believe it is due to your expertise and personal care for me that I have such wonderful vision. I chose you over other doctors because of the personal care that you offer. From the first time that I came to your office, you took personal interest in me as a patient. You examined my eyes, you measured my vision multiple times, you told me all about the surgery and the equipment, and you answered all my questions. When I went for the surgery, there you were, you did everything personally. And to me that makes a big difference. You also were always on time. I have waited in many doctors' offices without knowing when I was going to be seen. When I made an appointment with your office, I was always seen at that time. When the surgery was scheduled for 2:30, I was in the chair at 2:30. Thank you for being considerate of my time. I have suggested to many that the consider the Lasik surgery, and have told them that Dr. Masaheri is the only doctor to use.
