Review content:
We had a very positive experience at Babies First Ultrasound. Melisa at the front was very helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was full of excitement and happiness as people were anxiously waiting for their turn. Shelley the technician was WONDERFUL. She was very happy and put us all at ease. She seemed to really enjoy her job. She took the time to get good shots of the baby, and spent extra time to make sure she confirmed the baby's gender by getting different angles. We got the Basic Package which came with 2 DVDs of our session, 1 CD of all the images (both B&W and color), and B&W paper copies of our photos. There was an option to upgrade the paper to Kodak, but if you have a photo printer at home, you can print your own as they already give you the jpg images. We could have done without the VHS tape, which they provide as a "backup." We don't even own a VCR player anymore! Overall, a very cool experience!! We can't wait to come back in the 3rd trimester!
