Review content:
(S. Lamar location)
I called them to ask when I could bring my car in for tint. I tell them the make and model. They said go ahead and bring it in as long as it's there first thing 9am and it could be done the same day.
So I make the arrangements to be without my car, drive it down there, THEN they tell me "oh we need a warm sunny day to do the tint." ???
I should have walked away at that point but this location is closest to me. So I watch the weather forecast and when I see a mostly sunny day coming I call again, this time I specifically say the date and read them the weather forecast on the phone and they say that would be fine. Then I get it there and guess what they say? "sorry needs to be more sun".
Never again.
