THEY TOOK SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A HAPPY MEMORABLE MOMENT AND TURNED IT INTO ONE OF THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCES YOU COULD THINK OF. My husband and I went here at 16 weeks to find the gender of our baby. No Parking. Office was dirty and nasty! Don't be fooled by their pictures on their website, It looks nothing like that. We were OVERCHARGED, DID NOT RECIEVE ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED, WAS NOT 4D! DID NOT FIND GENDER! They could not determine the gender, only tried for about 5 minutes and let me walk around only one time to see if the baby would shift positions. It did, but not the right position, so she told us we weren't going to find out that day. Pretty much gave up on us.I don't know about you, but if I'm paying that much money and had 10 people with me, don't you think she could spend a little more than time and effort on us?? IT WAS NOT IN 4D like we payed for, IT WAS IN 2D like the regular ultrasound I get every time at my doctor for free. When I asked the tech about it, she said that they don't use 4D technology to determine gender, but they advertise it as "4D Session to Determine Gender" on their website. Customer service was horrible. Called several time to speak to the manager and she never called me back, regardless how many messages I left for her. Finally I called and got through to her. I asked for my money back sense I didn't recieve anything I paid for. At first she said she would talk to her boss and call me back. She never did. When I called her, she said "There's nothing we can do for you because the service has already been completed." What service? Not anything I payed for! DON'T GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! SAVE EVERYONE FROM THE DISAPPOINTMENT! DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE WE DID! When I asked to speak to her boss, she said he didn't have a phone, then took it back and said he doesn't speak to the clients. What kind of business is this?! FISHY RIGHT?!
