Gold's gym has everything you could think of. They offer a lot of different services. You can choose from a wide assortment of classes to participate. The classes have different times so it is easier for you to fit it into your schedule. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Gold's gym is a very clean environment. They have televisions everywhere so you can watch tv while you're working out. They have their equipment arranged by type of work out. They are in rows. So, if you want to work on your legs, all you have to do is look for that row. They have signs on all the machines with multiple instructions on how to do different exercises. The instructions even tell you what that exercise specifically works out. It is a fun place to go. Everything is organized so wonderfully. Very user friendly. I love gold's gym. Especially in comparison to Bally's. Gold's has so much more to offer. Choose Gold's gym if you are thinking about joining a gym!
