Gold's Gym

I don't work for the gym, but I've trained in several including this one. I've never had a problem. But if you interrupt an entire class of people that followed the gyms set rule, Why should your feelings be taken into consideration? What about the 30 others that you just that where focused on thier workout and now have lost that focus and intensty. more

I encountered a verbally abusive spin instructor at the new Gold's gym on Bandera and 1604. As I entered her class to warm up for the following class she made it well known that I was interrupting her class. After I told her that I would discuss her inconvenience with mgmt she continued to be confrontational after her class even though I told her that I had nothing further to say to her. As she walked away in front of other customers she called me an A**hole. The manager made excuses for her behavior and proceeded to tell me about the spin class rules. At no point was there any consideration to what is convenient to the paying customer and at no point did he state how this issue would be resolved. Clearly the customer is not priority here. I would never recommend this gym. more

Gold’s Gym is the best gym in San Antonio. They have everything you need. They have free weights as well as machines. I like going to the gym at nights because there are a lot more parking spaces. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of privacy in the locker rooms. This gym is really nice and the staff is friendly as well. more

Gold's gym has everything you could think of. They offer a lot of different services. You can choose from a wide assortment of classes to participate. The classes have different times so it is easier for you to fit it into your schedule. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Gold's gym is a very clean environment. They have televisions everywhere so you can watch tv while you're working out. They have their equipment arranged by type of work out. They are in rows. So, if you want to work on your legs, all you have to do is look for that row. They have signs on all the machines with multiple instructions on how to do different exercises. The instructions even tell you what that exercise specifically works out. It is a fun place to go. Everything is organized so wonderfully. Very user friendly. I love gold's gym. Especially in comparison to Bally's. Gold's has so much more to offer. Choose Gold's gym if you are thinking about joining a gym! more
