We used this company for our new house ($>1m). Some folks act as if they think they are doing you a favor selling to you. One staff member at the Pioneer Square branch is downright rude! The selection is good, but not great for contemporary styles.
They told us some of the lights were in stock when they weren't, meaning that we're missing a few in our new house.
On a visit to the Bellevue store to get another light (why can't we learn and just stay away?), we could not get served because they are clearly understaffed. They expect you to write your name in a book and wait around to be paged!
Just who do the folks at this company think they are?
