I have been going to Josephines for a while, but I think I have reached the end of my rope with these people. After not being able to get an appt. with my usual person I ended up with Svetlana who I went to for a highlight and ended up getting charged for a haircut that I didnt ask for or want..Then, last week after not being able to get an appt with my usual stylist I made the mistake of asking for Michelle who informed me AFTER I had been there for 45 minutes and had already been shampooed and was in the chair that she was going to charge me another $20 for my already $45 haircut..and says to me is that ok?? Well, I think at this point its a little late for that question..why dont you try letting the person know before they come in or say "next time" we are going to charge you extra because you have curly hair..Then she says that shes going to give me a really good hair style (as opposed to the crappy one she was going to give me before she hustled me out of another $20) Apparently, customer service isnt their best quality. I think $65 is a little much for a haircut..I will definitely be looking for another salon.
