Not only is the service spotty, the customer reps are rude, and their
channel selection is just plain pathetic. And if your service falters outside
the office ohours of 9-5 M-F? Tough, you'll just have to wait.
And don't even get me started on the local commercials.
I was a two year customer that always paid on time. The ONLY reason
I stayed with them for so long is that I just don't watch enough
TV to justify DISH.
In February, they disconnected my service after I was late ONE MONTH.
Good riddance. Dealing with these clowns makes DISH a lot more
appealing, even if it is twice as expensive.
If you are thinking about Coosa Cable, think again.
