My elderly father lives in Enumclaw and had a new water heater installed for $2560. He was not aware of the lower costs from other places (including Home Depot) and has been told by several dealers he was robbed. He was signed up for "membership" and was charged for several additional items that are ordinarily included in other bids. This company is not only unethical, but are outright thieves, preying on elderly who are too trusting and will sign anything in good faith.
