The management of this building is outrageous. The apartment we
moved into smelled like cat urine; they didn't believe us until I took them
picture of the CAT LITTER in the closet. They didn't process our
information correctly; there were multiple forms not signed at check-in
that they "forgot." Other issues we've had with appliances and such have
been basically ignored, including an on-going fire hazard. They also lost
track of payments, the security deposit... and then have an attitude
when a person has to walk in constantly to try and get things straightened
out.
It looks nice in the office. The model apartments look nice. Don't
be fooled - I wouldn't let my worst enemy's dog move in here.
