Eden Park Apartments

in the 25 years of renting, this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in by far, the first week we lived their, no matter how bad off you are don't move their, they take advantage of people on a daily basis. the first week we had the swat team have to evacuate the building,that was at 5:30 am. because their was two people shooting at the police, a matter of fact their were police surrounding the building guns drawn when we were moving out, the next week about 10-12 squad cars where outside again, had a car full of guys in the car, that did a drive by. they totally lied to me, said that I was on a 6 mo lease, took their word for it, didn't look close at the dates, and after I wanted to move out after 6 months, they said I signed a year lease. the time we lived their, their was a 3 deaths two by shooting, one by stabbing, that happen within the complex. at that time I had to get my grand daughter and daughter out of their, wanted to take them off the lease, told me I couldn't so i had to wait for sometime, and finally they took her off the lease. during the time of living in pure hell, people getting robbed weekly, police their everyday, a matter of fact they had police, patrolling in their on foot, because it got so bad. I had my burner on my stove it was so burnt, which I told them about it, all they did is tell me to clean it, you can't clean burnt, caught on fire, burnt up my apartment, and the first thing the manager said which is so rude by the way. said what did I do to the apartment, not is anybody alright. told me that the insurance covered it, not my stuff though. came to my apartment to so called get o cleaning company, which wrecked my stuff, took everything out of the kitchen and left it that way for 2 months, after I asked why isn't it done, manager says it isn't, she knew that, they left the apt, like that because I said I was moving more

I wouldn't recomend my worst enemies dog live their. they will cheat you. more

the management is disorganized ! and dishonest when i originally inquired about a vacancy i asked if it was a safe place to live. they said yes! are you f@#%^ing kidding me, the cops have been here every week since we moved in. they lost my 1st months rent and i had to go through hell to get a replacement money order. in the mean time they filed a UD against us. so rather than pay a court fee of $317 and a $50 late fee we opted to just move out. the manager is a total b#*ch. and those lint licker's at real estate equitys are no better. we had to pay $5.00 for a laundry card that you have to load like a pre paid visa card. because the machines kept getting broken into. we have these wanna-be cop/boyscout security guards who are a complete joke. hmmm why would a "safe " place need security guards? the people that live here are loud and obnoxious. the manager got mad when i had to call the police because some a-hole thought it necessary to play his music at 11:30 pm on a week night for all to hear.i was told i have to call the onsite security instead. did i mention the mice? yep mice! DO NOT MOVE HERE . you will regret it. more

The management of this building is outrageous. The apartment we moved into smelled like cat urine; they didn't believe us until I took them picture of the CAT LITTER in the closet. They didn't process our information correctly; there were multiple forms not signed at check-in that they "forgot." Other issues we've had with appliances and such have been basically ignored, including an on-going fire hazard. They also lost track of payments, the security deposit... and then have an attitude when a person has to walk in constantly to try and get things straightened out. It looks nice in the office. The model apartments look nice. Don't be fooled - I wouldn't let my worst enemy's dog move in here. more

This place has the worst management. We lived here before and while we were on vacation, the pipes backed up and flooded our apartment. When we got back we tried for months to have manegment do something about it, especially since mold was growing bad in our place and we were getting sick. The management did nothing. Only when we finally contacted The MN health department, did the management finally do something about it. more
