This company has been reviewed by many newspapers and magazines as the best re-weaver, but my experience with them has been terrible. They may be good at re-weaving, but it took many months longer than they promised me to receive my ripped suit jacket. When I called them to see what the status was, they never called back. Always an excuse. Never an apology. Plus the rip in my jacket (small rip) cost over $100. I've already called them 8 times over the last 3 months. Buyer beware. more
