We also had a bad experience with All Brands. They came out to look at our dryer which was making a loud noise. They charged us about $150.00 to fix the blower, and told us the motor would be good yet for a few more years. We ran the dryer once and it stopped. Less than 48 hours (and one run of the dryer) after the first service call, they came back and said we need a new motor and it would be another approx. $150.00. We would not have put any money into the dryer if we thought we needed a new motor, but the serviceman told us the motor was still good at his first service call. We asked for reimbursement of the part and labor for what they did the first time out, and said we would pay for that service call. They denied that and said the only thing they would do is give us our money back for the blower, which was only $25.00. I will never do business with them again. more
