First I want to say, two of the three present reviews are from the same person and are a duplicate. Not sure what to say about that person's experience. The second reviewer with the fridge, I'm wondering why they had to pay anything if it was a warranty repair!!! This doesn't make any sense.
All Brands is the only servicer for LG which will come to my area, and they will work on it regardless of where you purchased the appliance, unlike the one store actually in my town.
I cannot thank them enough for how prompt, friendly, and helpful my experience with them was. With warranty repairs, they only get paid one flat rate from the manufacturer. They had to come to my home four times to get my washer fixed, but it was not the fault of the repair person. They replaced what was diagnosed and authorized by LG, which did not fix the problem initially. They had to eat the cost of subsequent visits to finally get my washer working properly, and they were very good about it. I did not pay one penny for the work they did.
I can highly praise them in that you do not sit around waiting forever for them to show up. When they say they will be there, they are. They also call to reconfirm and call again when they are en route to your home.
I have heard stories of people waiting weeks or months to get parts for their LG. All Brands had the parts in a matter of days and got them installed promptly.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair, especially a warranty repair, and doubly especially if they bought it at a "big box" store, since you otherwise will not get service on your appliance. I will never again buy an appliance from a big box store, but I am glad I found All Appliance to help me with the one time I did.
