I have had nothing but problems and bad treatment from Dr. Lang and her office. On the phone she and her staff are plain rude (Call about an ongoing billing issue on a Friday at 5:39 p.m., Dr. Lang herself answers and says, interrupting me, "You have to call back on Monday." Then hangs up. Never mind that I wouldn't even be calling except that her office had supposedly taken care of this issue over a month ago.
Even worse though is that she complete ignores my questions and concerns when I'm in her office for a visit.
I would strongly recommend not visiting this doctor.
