I would strongly advise that you take your business elsewhere. I purchased a headboard from the Dewitt location. Because they did not have it in stock, I drove to their Liverpool warehouse to pick it up. Once I unpacked it the next day, I realized it was damaged and it would not fit together. It was junk...made in Malaysia too. They told me that I could NOT return it, but only exchange it. After I explained "again" that it was D-A-M-A-G-E-D, they told me they would take it back ONLY "if I drove to their location 20 miles away....tonight". Harmony (the store manager) told me that "if I didn't bring it in now, how would they know that I didn't damage it". Brilliant statement (that's why I called in the first place to let them know)!!! Since I live in Clay, I asked if I could return it to the local store (part of the same chain) within 5 minutes of my home. The answer was "no". The response was bring it back tonight, to their location, or they would not give me a credit. Very POOR customer service experience all-around!!! These guys, with their sleazy sales approach (slammed every other furniture dealer) and obvious total lack of customer service make used car dealers look like saints. I will take my future business elsewhere!!! more
