My local Gamestop is located inside the mall... This means lots of outside parking and a great variety of stores around this for a fun filled day of shopping.
Gamestop is a great game store because they sell new and used games for all gaming systems. This also means that you can trade in your old games for new games. I have done this a couple of times, but have never purchased a used game from them- only new ones.
Gamestop almost always is running a sale on games for each system. They also have a great website where you can shop from with a great selection of old and brand new games. This is usually the first stop I make when looking for the newest games.
