High Price, Average Quality 3/30/2006

The Ramada Inn, in my experience traveling, is usually a safe bet, for a nice place to stay, and usually includes decent amenities, however, I am just not very impressed with their location on Harvard Avenue, in Tulsa. I was a guest at this hotel for about a week, while my home was being worked on. I usually don't mind staying in hotels, but this one just wasn't up to the standards I would expect for their prices. The positives include an indoor pool and fitness center and a decent free breakfast. The negatives, however, in my opinion, outweighed the positives. First, the price was in the high range for hotel stays. Second, the upkeep of the building was just not nearly what I would expect from a Ramada Inn. Third, the area where it is located is HORRIBLE!!! Right off the highway, you hear the traffic all night long. Also, it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot, as it is located right on Harvard Avenue, so don't expect to get anywhere easily during Tulsa's rush hour. I don't know, this hotel just really rubbed me the wrong way, and I would not seriously consider staying there again. I would much prefer something in a quiter location, and something more special for the price. more
