Autopartswarehouse never lets me down. Since the day I got my 2000 Volvo, I always buy my car stuff on them (Autopartswarehouse). Products were delivered on time and on good quality. Their hot line is always available so its never been hard for me to contact them whenever I need some car parts.Besides they have the hard to find car parts and also always gives discounts. The customer service were so nice and cool, they are friendly and also assist you. So I would recommend Autopartswarehouse to all you, and I'll tell you won't be disappointed with the service and the quality of their products. more

I had all my stuffs from there, from parts to accessories. And they never gave me the bad impression. But after reading this complain, I think that every online store has it's flaws. It's just don't take everything against them. They got a good servicr and nice products. I'll still stick with them. more

I as a regular customer of Auto Parts Warehouse not at all experienced bad service from them. My ride model is a Toyota Camry 2006 and I ordered a driver side tail light from them (Auto Parts Warehouse) and I received it within two days and I am very much happy with what I ordered since they delivered it on time and my parts were all good and no damage and also their customer service are all pleasant and very easy to talk to. I think that customers should be more considerate sometimes with the staffs. more

I, myself is a skeptic in terms of shopping car parts online before had my first purchase at autopartswarehouse. The negative comments I've been hearing about the company added to what used be skepticism. But my curiosity eventually gave in and I tried to purchase shock absorbers from them. Guess what? I was pretty much impressed with their service. I never experienced anything like that of the negative comments written about their service, delay, etc. Well, I guess you can count me in as one of their satisfied customers. more

like every skeptic shopper, i first read some reviews about this site. there are a few detractors but most of the reviewers were satisfied with their service. so i gave them a try and i was so happy i made this site my choice. they know how to take care of their customers and know exactly what they want. their customer service are there everytime you have a question.. especially on the compatibility of the parts to your car. one time, i ordered car covers for my civic and it fitted so well. :) really great site! more

I was looking for Leather Seat Covers last month. Guess what? I've been through many online shops in search for those seat covers & it's not because that I can't find it in these stores but the REAL thing is, I am having a real hard time dealing with their customer reps. They keep on forcing a specific type of product & they can't even match my specs for seat covers. Unlike AutoPartsWarehouse.com, they have friendly sales representatives. Great service! 4/16/2008

When they noticed the smell of my exhaust during an emission test, they told me that my catalytic converter needs replacing. Since I was feeling lazy, I decided to check the online shops instead. Ebay doesn't have one for a Buick Regal at that moment, and so did the other sites I went to that were recommended to me over some car forums. So I decided to Google it, and Autopartswarehouse.com appeared in the list. Browsing through the site was easy, and I found the part that I needed immediately. I ordered the catalytic converter online, expecting it to come within 2 days. But by day 2, the converter didn't come and I immediately called customer service about it. The lady I talked to told me it was delayed a bit, and that I have to wait for two more days. True enough, the catalytic converters came to my doorstep the following day (Day 3). I was quite satisfied with the service, though the part came a day late. I would still recommend Autopartswarehouse.com to other car enthusiasts there who are looking for parts to spruce up their rides. more

Here is my experience. I was searching a disc brake for my 2007 Acura TL. I saw it in autopartswarehouse.com. So I called their customer service to order and I'm so amaze that they know all about the parts I need. Ok. So then I ordered a EBC Front Left And Right Brake Disc - 11.8 Inch Diameter Drilled And Slotted. They told me that it will be delivered in a week. so it was delivered just what they told me. I recommend that you if you need to buy auto parts online. check them out you will not regret it. more

Autopartswarehouse for me is by far among the best in terms of customer service and accomodation, quality of products and vast selection of auto parts. The Truth About Autopartswarehouse.com and it's other sites 3/21/2008

would like to tell you the truth because the entire office is located in the Philippines and the customer service and the sales department is here in Makati and the accounting department that processes all the refunds is in Bicol and the catalogue office is in Pasig. I would also like to tell the truth that around 90% I think have no basic car knowledge because they only ride the bus and jeep and were not fully trained for car parts and our catalogue are not daily updated so only a few are updated. We have around 50 plus website as our members. Our managers will not answer because we are on a firstcall resolution and if we do not resolve that, we will get punished. The refund takes 4-6 weeks because it is being processed here in Bicol, Philippines. 85% of the agents answering calls for customer service cannot understand english because some only reached second year college or only took 2 year courses so the customer must ask the representative to read back the complaint. If not, they have to cover the for sales agent that sold the wrong part or the catalogue error. Our motto as far as the customer is concerned is 'sir, you have the correct part but the wrong car.' We are forced to sell parts that are not correct or out of stock because it is punisheable by incident reports and suspensions from the human relations office and the employee relations office. We cannot change your orders once it has been processed because it has to go airbound from the Carson office to the bicol office and that takes a long time. If you think you have received the part twice and ordered it either online or through a representative, the representative concerned will misinform or if not, inform the customer that either the order has been cancelled or only an RGA form was filed. Since we have all the customer's contact details, we can search their accounts using the email, the phone number and the last 7 digits of the credit card. So that the customer will not know that a car part was ordered without their consent, we will take away your email or change your address except for your credit card information. We have to do this because we fear the PQA and the employee relations officer and our team leaders because they will issue us incident reports and then suspend us and then blacklist us. Blacklisting agents like us is very easy. We don't have contracts or IDs even if we have been working for almost two years here. If your cash has not been returned in your credit card, please call our Philippine Office directly area code 632-8564987 or 632-8564986. This IS NOT TOLL FREE but you will be refunded immediately. Please look for our country manager/chief accountant, Fred Miguel or our call center director/sales director, Joel Acot in this numbers.
