i booked an intermediate car and when i got there i was told the only car available was a PT Cruiser ! this this has happened with me 3 times. then they do a hard sell on a better car for link 5$/day... its a rip off... also if you rent at anytime, you have to return the car half an hour BEFORE the time you rented it out!! if you book a car for 28 days and return after 20 days, they will charge you 200 bucks as they charge 10$/day if you cannot rent out the car for the full period of the reservation for the full day ... pay a few extra bucks and get a good car with better customer service from a different rental company
