Good: They botched our reservation and the refused to try to make it right. They were rude and it was the worst customer service I've experiend in a long time. It's not worth saving a few bucks, if when you get there, you're left stranded with no car and having to find a new car company, get yourself and your family there, and then have to pay way more $$$ because you didn't book ahead of time?!! UGH -- they were AWLFUL!!. Improvements: They need to take customer service classes..
